PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE POLICY
Product guarantee for products produced by Vida Water Technology is 2 years since delivery
date. Guarantee covers any failure component or equipment during the guarantee period freely.
In order to apply for guarantee it’s required a quality report to be submitted and address to Vida
Water quality department.Sample of failure component may be reauiredVida Water
Technology reserves the right to reguest sample of the failure components for its evaluation.
Guarantee will not cover;
-If damage is due to the result of incorrect handling of the unit according to our operational manual.
-If the damage is due to transportation damage
Transportation or express fee created both for the return of failure sample to Vida Water
Technology facilities and parts or goods deliver to customer affected will not be cover by Vida Water Technology
